Great product. Healthy and tasty.
Have used Udo's for years. I work out and watch my diet closely, Udo's allows me to add healthy fats to each protein shake and meal, as needed.

healthy living
I first heard about Udo's Choice Oil mixture from a 'healthy living' type newsletter. As it was not available at my healthfood store, I had to send away for it on Amazon and the response was immediate. I have for decades used only olive oil in the kitchen, because of its health furthering qualities as a mono unsaturated oil and great anti oxidant, at a time when the food establishment was still pushing their poly unsaturated oils on us, but from this newsletter I realized, I really should also take other essential fatty acids into my family's dietary consideration, which are contained in this oil mixture. Udo's 3-6-9 Blend contains the ideal ratio of unrefined omega fatty acids ( 3 and 6 ). It contains the following organic, and cold pressed oils: flax seed oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil, rice bran oil, soy lecithin, oat germ and oat bran oil. The mixture has a wonderful nutty and buttery flavor. You can use it on any type of food or simply as a dietary supplement, as every cell and tissue, gland and organ in the human body depends upon the presence of essential fatty acids, which are necessary for cell growth and division. Unfortunately they are often absent from our modern diets and replaced by other horrible types of fat and oil. The oil lasts about 2 months and as I bought a large bottle, I froze half of it. You should not heat it or use it during cooking and baking, but only after the cooking process is finished. They suggest 1 tbs / day and increase to 1 tbs per 50 lbs body weight. The following wonderful salad dressing is from the newsletter made from Udo's 3-6-9 Blend: * 1/3 balsamic vinegar * 1/3 apple cider vinegar * the remaining 1/3 , in equal parts, extra virgin olive oil and Udo's Choice Oil mixture * add 1-2 teaspoon organic maple syrup * season with a bit of onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper and mix well. This is a delicious salad dressing a beats the commercial unhealthy types which are full of chemicals and sugar........

Yum
Love this product. So smooth. Has a nutty taste. That omega oil taste but not fishy. Great on salads, rice or pasta (but don’t cook the oil- put on after) or bread etc. So good and so good for you!

Tastes good and best of all it helps keep me healthy
Very good flavor. I add this to my oatmeal every morning (added AFTER cooking the oatmeal). I believe this has helped keep my skin in very good condition. I'm 70 years old and have almost no wrinkles and my dermatologist agrees that my diet (including this flaxseed oil) has been a major factor in my skin & overall health.

Great product if you are allergic to fish oil, etc., and don’t like the aftertaste
I take it for over 10 years and I am doing fantastic with it. It’s a great product. It suits the stomach. The size is good good value for the money it doesn’t You the hiccups or upset stomach when you take something like fish oil does after taste. I do not have it with this product at all. It’s easy to swallow. I most likely edit and shake or in a smoothie with my other vitamins and it’s absolutely delicious. No smell and it helps to get all the guys that you need for the day, it really works

Didn't grow wings yet, but giving it a 2nd try
Just arrived (a day earlier than tracking seemed to indicate). Well protected in "peanuts" Styrofoam and bubble wrap, which also helps insulate it I discovered. It sat on my porch several hours just because I didn't expect it today. No problem. I took a tablespoon immediately to check for spoiling whuch some other reviewers indicated could happen. No problem there either. Tastes like what it is, a form of vegetable oil. Maybe a tiny bit edgier towards a motor oil taste than olive oil, but whatever. I will not cook it since I want the full supposed benefits. $38 a bottle is by no means cheap, so I will update this after awhile to say whether I feel stronger, healthier, sexier, or more angelic. 5/14/15 : OK, so I did start cooking with it. I don't particularly savor the flavor plain. It's not disgusting, just not cocoa, you know? 6/26/15: Stopped cooking with it except I put it in my Viva Organic 100% cocoa to make the texture better and the Udo yummier Perfect. Everything digests so well that way. The cocoa and oil do not mix well in the water , but upon heating in the microwave it all mixes like magic. Trying to find the various oils cheaper hasn't worked for me, and this is pre-mixed so I bought it again. This is one I'm still taking on "faith" as to the long term benefits. Short term it really seems to help the extremely fine (yet extremely healthy) cocoa powder pass along very well.

Awesome Oil Blend
This is my first time with this product and I absolutely love the taste and consistency. Luckily I was able to get it next day, so that was a plus. I recently started RYZE mushroom coffee about a week ago, so I’m not sure if that is why I don’t taste the “nutty” taste others have reported. To me it tastes like a lightly flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil that’s been Cold Pressed, flavored with perhaps an almond/walnut blend. Overall, it’s too early for me to comment on any benefits of the oil blend… however the product in general, its shipping, and taste have all been wonderful so far. The brand was highly recommended to me, so I do highly recommend this to others.

Udo's oil is a great oil
I have consumed Udo's Oil 2-5 days a week 2 tablespoons/day for the last 15 years. Ever since inviting Udo Erasmas to speak at the 3M (corporate) Running Club and after reading his book "Fats that Heal Fats that Kill", what at the time was known as the bible of good and bad fats. I usually purchase this oil from a local health foods store, but lately they have been having trouble getting it so I purchased some on Amazon. I keep it in freezer until I open it and then I keep the opened bottle in the freezer compartment of my refrigerator and simply take it out enough time in advance for it to pour easily. I put it on top of my cooked oatmeal prior to adding lots of other items (like banana, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, almonds, pistachios and soy milk). I run 40-80 miles a week (now 65) and I think this oil has helped keep me able to maintain the ability to run long. Those who think it tasted rancid - check if you kept it cold and whether it was maybe out of date when you bought it. For best storage and health value you MUST keep it cold - the colder the better. Omega 3 oils are VERY heat sensitive and WILL oxidize rapidly if stored at room temperature or left exposed to light. At that point they are no longer healthy oils!
