I don't often write reviews but this one deserves a mention. I've used the unit for 2 weeks. Highlights include: The remote on/off switch you get with the unit really does turn it off (ie 0 watts). The fan seems to turn on > 750watts otherwise it seems to stay cool. This feels v.impressive and imho shows the efficiency of the unit. The build quality of the unit was more than I expected (simple and well put together) I could of spent twice or more the money on a victron etc, but decided to take up the 3 year amazon insurance for < 10% of purchase price and still come away with saving half the cost. Personally I've attached it to an ex-ebike battery. Very happy with unit and I would recommend it to others.

Quality, good value item.
This is a really solid well made inverter for a very good price, I haven't tested it beyond 600W but I'm sure it will be fine as it is much heftier than my previous 1000W inverter. The output is a perfect sine wave without visible deformation under load, it also is very well shielded so there is low RF noise emitted from the unit, would highly recommend! (48V 1500W/3000W Peak unit). Update: Tested it at 1.8kW with a hair dryer it handled it fine for around 10 seconds, the fan seems to come on above 650W load, very good item.
