Pastry Mat
This pastry mat is large and gives plenty of room for working with pie pastry. It has measurements for pies to pizza dough for helping you determine if you have rolled the dough into a large enough circle. The silicon material is tacky enough to stay in place on your counter but is not actually sticky. It is easy to wipe it down, or wash it in the sink and then I hang it up to dry. I store it rolled to keep it from developing a fold. I would highly recommend this mat for anyone who wants a clean, flat surface for working with pastry dough.

WOW! Don't know how I lived this long with out one
Pros: very large working surface conversion tables and patterns to help you along your way contains the mess, just fold, dump, and wash cleanup is a breeze stepped up my pizza and pastry game to another level Cons: a little thin does move around sometimes on my tile counters when in use the markings on the surface are starting to fade I did not buy 2

I LOVE THIS!
I have been skooting my pastry sheets all over the counter for 40 years! What a joy to have one that adheres to the counter and lifts up easily and cleans up easily (even dishwasher safe). It has measurements and other handy things on the sheet. I bought the XXL and didn't feel it was too large. A great product.
