Life Strategies For Teens (Life Strategies Series)

This is a great book for teens. It gives them alot of great information on how to deal with this type of person, "Bullies". True strategies. The price is great and the kids can really relate to and understand the infomation provided. all schools should have a copy of this book. It also has a workbook that can be purchased to go with it.

I discovered this book during my teenage years and it completely changed my perspective. It taught me valuable lessons about interacting with others, lessons that I still carry with me today. As an adult, I tried reading "Life Strategies" by Phil McGraw, but it just didn't speak to me the way this one did. Recently, I reread this book before giving it to a family member, and its message remains powerful and relevant.

I am using this book and workbook to work with at-risk boys. What is amazing, though, is that the tools are useful for people of ALL ages! It's book provides a great framework for lessons that do not have to be used word for word. I'm currently using this book in conjunction with work by Dr. Brené Brown. Good stuff!

Best book about young stupid adults ,I highly recommend it to anyone who is having problems with your children ,very informational.

If you have a teen, pre-teen or grandkids, this is a must read. Good insight as to how kids feel and how they should react to situations. Would suggest this to any young person about to start middle school or high school.

I bought this book for my 14 yr old granddaughter I think all teenagers need something positive to read, getting them to read it is the problem So much crap is on TV and in this world. This book is positive but not coming from their parents, it puts things in their perspective not ours.
