where is this made? Does it say what percentage of tea tree it contains?

Definitely has tee tree oil fragrance. Has oily feel on face. I can’t tolerate it on my eyes. Went back to oCuSOFT eyelid cleanser.

when does this expire

The bottom of my bottle say it expires 11/2018. I'm sure that varies with when it's manufactured.
