Having the car charger adapter has been wonderful. My SO had a lot of anxiety about battery life of her G5 concentrator. (The battery was fine) but this car charger works flawlessly and put her mind at ease during long road trips. The extra long cord easily reaches to the back seat of a car if your charger port is in the front seat.

I needed a 12V cord to use my Bi-PAP in my motorhome. Using DC, ie 12V saves close to 50% of your battery run time over AC, ie 'house current'. For dry camping I need my batteries to last as long as possible. This cord worked and that means I got a good night's sleep.

We're headed out to non-electric camping and this gadget (along with another one called Roadpro 12V Battery Clip-On and Cigarette Lighter Adapter) hooked up to a 12V deep cycle battery recharged during the day with solar panels. Let me thank a friend for showing me the system design to follow and loaning some components. Anyhow, it runs a little CPAP (this one doesn't have a humidifier, which presents additional problems what with cold condensation, etc). That's all I needed, and that's what I got. Perfect score!

I purchased this in April for my wife's Inogen G3. The listing says it works for Inogen G1 G2 G3 G4 G5 and others listed. I September we took a trip. While driving my wife's units battery went low. We plugged this in and it started to work. After about 20 minutes the low battery warning started. This charger had stopped working because of a blown fuse. Replaced the fuse and that worked for about 15min. Used spare battery and bottles until we got to our destination. My brother in law also uses an Inogen G3. I used his charger from Inogen. Worked fine. Did not blow anything. Did not get hot like mine did. New fuse and tried mine again. Lasted almost 20min. until it got hot and blew the fuse. Found out this charger is rated 10amps. The G3 is rated for 15amps. So this would never work properly. But they said it does. I contacted the company. Still waiting for a response. Got one from Amazon to see how they did. But nothing from this company. This charger cost me $16. The Inogen charger is$16. Buy the factory one. There is no down side. It will work. Will update if they ever respond.

Works perfectly with my Series 50 Respironics machine. The blue LED is very bright though. I use this for camping with a portable 12V battery and its like having a nightlight in the tent. I usually have to put a sock over it! Otherwise, it works great. The barrel clicks nicely into the back of my CPAP and is actually much tighter than the wall wart unit that came with CPAP.

Worked on my Philips Respironics system by plugging it to a marine RV battery for use when we are camping without power. By using direct 12V instead of using an inverter to change the battery to 115V AC, it is more efficient and the battery lasts longer.

car charger initially worked fine. When plugged in charged, as long as car moving, for over and hour and a half. Stopped for an appointment and got back in car, plugged in oxygen and went on our way. Stopped for lunch and on trip home noticed oxygen level was a critical level, had not been charging since reentering the car. Thinking not plugged in right let it go but the same thing happened over and over again and in different cars. Would initially charge and then stop. When utilizing this for life saving equipment it is critical that it work correctly. Unfortunately, the return by date has expired and stuck with a dysfunctional car charger.

Check amperage of your machine. This power cord puts out 10 amps... the cord was specified for my BiPAP model ( did not indicate amps in specs) and did not have sufficient power needs nor, did it include the PIN (pamphlet indicates that you need to request the attachment power pin needed per included size chart) to insert into the machine.
