Great value
I got this as a replacement for a old one I had for years. I haven't submitted a durability score as I only got it today but at the moment for just £18 it seems awesome. I'm a 2nd degree black belt Kickboxing instructor and it takes all my strikes, punches, elbows, kicks/spinning kicks. The way it moves makes it great for improvement in hand eye coordination, speed, accuracy, highly recommended 👊 update I've been using this now for 2 months and it's durability is great as I've hit it with some mad strikes on a daily basis and it's still there and hasn't even needed blowing up again yet, very good product!

Firstly the pump supplied snapped before the ball could even be blown up. Then there is no fixing kit, like shown in the photos. Then after having to buy a fixing kit, the elastic snapped on the second use. Wouldn't waste your time

Training aid
I use this for warming up before weight training and in between sets. There are many coaching/instruction videos online, I’ve found that it keeps inflated and I have to use an additional bungee to obtain the correct height for me. Good product in my opinion

You Get what you pay for, the ball itself is pretty small and the stretch attachments are very thin, I'd say they won't last very long they have already started to fray on the very first day I've been using it, I made sure nothing was rubbing on it to cause this, still like I said you get what you pay for and it's pretty cheap
