Expensive to buy , excellent quality, tastes good,

Taste and smell wise this is mild, almost completely flavourless (that's a good thing). The granules take a while to dissolve and require a lot of stirring. It also becomes quite rubbery rather than jelly like when cooled. We (2 people) have been taking 1 tbsp each per day. It's only been a week and a 400g bag has almost finished - I don't think it will last 2 weeks. As a result I'm finding this way too expensive for ongoing use.

Omg ! I can’t stop making marshmallows. Not only that but now I can’t stop eating them either. The gelatin being grass fed is a huge mental bonus too as now I can feel superior knowing that at least the animal that died for sweets lived a better life than the factory farmed ones. I think it’s doing me good. I definitely feel smug now ! Isn’t that a sign of good health ???

Comparing the images on amazon to the package that arrived, it seems the amino acid profile has been altered or at least reevaluated, some new aminos added, others up, others down, but more than that, the serving suggestion has doubled from 10g to 20g per day. So the quick calculation I did beforehand to establish how long 400g would last, has halved from 40 to 20 days. I think the packaging has been designed around all the marketing and blurb, because the contents only fill about a third of the volume: it takes "settling of content" to a whole new level and gives the impression I am already low and running out before I've even used any. My hope was to use this in bullet coffee, so I put 3 t-spoons (not tablespoons as per serving size) into a normal sized mug to see what would happen. It immediately clumped into a blob, and took a lot of stirring before it eventually dissolved, but eventually it did dissolve. The powder provides no taste and does not change the consistency (no thickening), so I still need to add butter to get the taste and texture I prefer. At a cost of £28 for 400g, using 15g (3x5g t-spoon) per coffee means I only get to add it to 26 coffees before it runs out, meaning it adds about a £1 cost to each coffee. Not cheap is it! So I hope to see something beneficial or I will probably just go back to butter and MCT oil when this runs out. ** The jury is back, this is not a powder that dissolves, despite loads of stirring even a single t-spoon ends up in the bottom of the mug. Let it go cold and it solidifies, leave a spoon in it and and it turns to glue, so hard it's better than Gorilla or superglue and is not easy to get off the spoon, like a hard epoxy. Who knows what this is doing in my gut, but I've hardly used any of the packet and it's now sitting on the shelf, so won't be buying any more.

Appears to be of excellent quality, does not dissolve quite as readily as powdered gelatine as this product has the texture and appearance of golden granulated sugar. However, works well once dissolved fully.

That was my THE BEST choice ! My skin feels softer, kids love gummies I'm making with it what was my top 1 buying this so my kids can enjoy healthy sweets, it is super effective. It is mixing just perfect, no difficulty with weird taste. And of course I'm a big fan of organic, natural products so quality is very important for me, that product meets my expectations. Highly recommended!
