It’s not as great as flavor centric powdered drinks. I put it in about 8oz of water and I probably could have put it in 5 or 6oz for a better flavor. It’s not a sipping drink for me, I kinda drink it fairly fast so flavor isn’t high on my list. At least not as much as the vitamins that are in it. That’s the priority for me. Lots of vitamins and minerals in a deeent tasting drink, terrific.

I take a shot of this with my iron vitamin daily. I don’t always use a full packet because I get vitamin C and other supplements, but I enjoy drinking this, especially when I feel like I might be coming down with a cold or something similar.
