FM25B

I couldn't be happier with my experience with iSpring Filters. The product itself is excellent -high quality, well-built, and performs exactly as advertised. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had an issue with a filter that malfunctioned, and Nick from iSpring went above and beyond to help. He was responsive, professional, and immediately sent replacement filters without any hassle. That level of support is rare these days and truly appreciated. It's clear that iSpring stands behind their products and genuinely cares about their customers. Thanks again to Nick for making the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend iSpring Filters to anyone looking for reliable water filtration and top- tier customer service.

I retrofitted this iSpring filter & housing into my current whole house water filtration system. My system, prior to the FM25B installation, did a great job of removing particulate & chlorine from my public water but actually exacerbated the mold growth in my sink drains & faucet aerators, shower heads, due to the lack of chlorine. After reading up on this phenomenon I found that the culprit is residual iron & manganese in the water, which w/ the lack of chlorine to counteract the oxidation, actually promotes the growth. Thus the addition of the iSpring iron & manganese filter as the last stage in my system. Voila' , the mold is gone! No pink or brownish/black mold in the sinks, shower, etc. A 2nd benefit is that the water is now also significantly softer. I consulted w/ iSpring customer service rep Francis a couple of times prior to my purchase. He was extremely helpful, filling me in on the filter details, e.g. Fe & Mn particulate size limits. He even recommended that I contact my local water authority to verify what those #s are. FYI - that was a bit of a challenge given that these metals are NOT regulated by FDA guidelines & only measured against "recommendations". Smaller is better obviously because this determines the life of the filter. This is no small concern given the cost of the filter. Replacing it 1-2x per year is financially viable, 1/mo isn't. And finally, given the size of the filter and that it's added to my current system I decided to include a pressure regulator after the last filter stage (see pix) expecting that there'd be a pressure drop that I'd have to accommodate for. In the end, all is good, problem solved & pressure is still very good.

I have an absolute ton of iron and salt in my water. I could immediately tell the difference in my water quality. It’s expensive, not as expensive as some other brands but still hard to swallow, but I would say it’s worth it if you struggle with iron. The filter fit into the housing perfectly, and although I still don’t drink it as I have an RO system, my system now and toilets thank me

Good filter. Feeling like 3ppm is a bit high for what it can take but definitely helps.

I buy one of these every year for our whole house water filter. We got our water tested for the first time in years and indeed, there is no iron in our water. Well done!

Replace my filter every 6 months. Not inexpensive but none of them are.

Purchased for Iron in Deep Well Water. Installed and filter worked for maybe 10 days. Then Brownish water again. Tried Returning but Amazon will only reimburse $20 for return Shipping from the Philippines! Would cost me $91 to return 1 Filter from the Philippines ! Used to be Amazon covered 100% of the Return Shipping! Not anymore ! I think in combination with this Filter & Hydrogen Peroxide Injection, that would probably do the trick. Taking a water sample to a Lab in a couple of days to get Water tested. From what I've read online, I have Iron contamination. Will update after water test & consultation from Lab..

Fit just right easy to change. I don't like soft water like most people but this gave soft water for the first 300 gallons or so then back to great filtered water.

Danke werde wieder bestellen

As advertised

We have had a three-filter system for four years. Our main problem was iron and manganese. We use two iron/manganese filters and one sediment filter. It works like a charm! Filters are getting more expensive (moreso here in Canada), so this might be a factor in our decision to continue with this system or to go with a 'back wash' system at a later date. Other than the increasing cost of filters, I HIGHLY recommend iSpring.
