These bags really GREAT for travel. I LOVE THEM
I have been using these bags for 20+ years, I have them in 2 sizes, small and large. Love them. My black one is 20 yrs old and starting to show wear on the shoulder strap, rest in great condition. And I put them in the wash machine. NO OTHER WEAR. You can reach in the bag, immediately find what you want. no digging around or pulling out things to find what you want. it doubles as my camera bag too when I travel, I many times carried multiple lienees, plenty of room. This is comfortable to carry, light weight, very well made, great travel bag or everyday They should show the inside of the bag online. that is one of the best things about the bag. water bottle holder outside, a zipper compartment outside and another on the inside. Outside 4 compartments, 7 on the inside, a pen holder, key clip and more. a place for everting and everything in its place. if you like an organized bag, this is it. ENJOY I do

Love these bags!!
I've at least owned 3 of the AmeriBag purses, over a 15 year period (I think). They're great! Prefer the Microfiber over the distressed nylon (also owned a mesh type one) - just like the look and feel of the microfiber better. Trying to downsize my "stuff" so bought the Medium rather than the Large (honestly, I do like the larger one as it seems easier to rifle through it for stuff). Dimensions of this one - 19" high vs. 21" for large; 11" wide vs. 13", the depth is 7" vs. 7.9inches. For me, the width of 11" feels a little too small... It's been years...since my last purchase and I see that velcro closures have been done away with and replaced with small round magnetic clips!! Excellent. Feel those will last much longer than velcro. Love all the cubby holes - both magnetic and zipper enclosures. On the outside - one side has 2 smallish pockets with magnetic clip closures (one for cell phone - couldn't fit my cell phone in that pocket; the other larger pocket might fit a flat phone like the iPhone - not too long - that pocket height approx 7" & width 4" at narrowest part); the other side has a zippered enclosure plus a magnetic clip enclosure - both the width of the purse. Inside, there's a clip for keys but I also clip my phone case there, and have added hooks for my car keys and another for my house key. There's a zippered pocket on the back with another open pocket. On the side is an open pocket which I use for my eyeglass case. There's a couple of angled open pockets, which I don't use since stuff falls out. Inside the front, there are some slots for pens, which slip out. But I've saved the coolest feature for last - inside the front is a zippered and padded place for a small to medium eReader. don't believe you could put a much larger device than an 8 or 9" device, including a padded case. (Purse narrows as it goes up.) My 7" Kindle Fire fits good, not loose.) The only negative would be the straps, which have a piece of neoprene-like material to prevent the straps from sliding off your shoulder. The older models had a much better material - think it was leather-like with a buckle [?] of padding which kept the purse from sliding off your shoulders.

A great bag for a mom or a traveler
These bags are very durable and serve many purposes. Years ago I bought my first one when we were traveling. There are lots of pockets so you can organize what you are carrying with you and find it easily. The shape of the bag makes it quite easy to carry with no stress on your back even when it's packed to the limit. I still have mine, but this year gave one to my daughter-in-law who now is traveling to her high school daughter's basketball games. She can fit a small purse, her movie camera, her IPad, some snacks, a bottle of water, and everything she wants into one bag so that she doesn't have to worry about leaving something behind. The small one would be great to use instead of a purse because of the way it's organized. The large one is really large, so unless you need something almost for an overnight bag or really like to carry lots of stuff all the time, you wouldn't really need it. They have several nice colors to choose from. The microfiber fabric is an attractive fabric. I also have one of the small leather ones for a regular bag. It's a lot more pricey, but dressier. I would definitely recommend any of the AmeriBag products.

Microfiber exterior sheds water and stains
The exterior is water and stain resistant and wears very well--mine still looks new. I love all the pockets and places to put things, and it's very roomy inside, so I have room for everything I want to carry--even a small umbrella! I appreciate a special separate zippered compartment inside --which I use for my wallet and important papers. For the exterior pockets, I appreciate the change to magnetic closure instead of velcro (which I remember from an earlier version of this pocketbook). I really like the key strap; it keeps me from losing my keys inside the purse. However, for those of you trying to go minimalist, be aware that this size is large enough to pack a LOT of stuff. Just what I was looking for, but for those of you trying to pare down what you carry, you may wish to try one of the smaller sizes.

I have had 3 of these bags before and love them. They’re great for traveling with the variety of pockets and also ergonomically good for walking .
