Does this replace Pet Mate Model 33517

YES this will work! In fact the pump I received IS a 33517, photograph on Amazon notwithstanding!  Just a slight difference from the original is that the flow adjustment is now a slider rather than a dial, but functionally the same.  This is good news in that the flow rate and height on the 33517 are greater than the model shown.

Where can I purchase the adapter for this? Cant seem to find it online anywhere.

Found an adapter on pet mate.com. Later model. Not sure if right one. Just the plug in the wall part with adapter end. That part comes with the original fountain when you buy it along with the pump. Hope it's the right one for you. Good luck!

Hi- does anyone know if this will work as a replacement for whisker city corner pet fountain? ( original motor was a resun  sp400lv - head 0-50rm)?

I used it as a replacement for my whisker city fountain. It wasn't the corner model but I assume the had the same pump. It works ok, I feel like I have to clean it out clean it out and readjust it more often than the original pump but it is the best one I have been able to find.

How am i supposed to use this if it doesn't come with the power adapter? I don't have either part right now.
