Advanced Engineering Mathematics: .

I am currently reviewing some math that I learned 18 to 22 years ago. If you're using this as a text book for a mathematical methods in engneering or physics class, you have a great text book. If you're a math major whose university doesn;t use Zill for Differential Equations or Complex Variables, this is a great refference.All of Zill's books are very well laid out. I don't if that is something he controls or the publishers, but it's an essential feature that is often ignored when reviewing math books. Poor page design adds a layer of complexity to a text book. You should be able to effortlessly focuse on the material and you can that in this book.This book is Zill's differential equations and boundry values book (it's completely contained in this book) pluse 75% of his complex variables book, half a class in linear algebra and a large amount of vector calculus that shares some elements of the presentation of vector calculus in his Calculus book, but is somewhat more advanced.Overall, this is a well designed book full of clear explanations on many important topics in math.

I love zill's math textbooks. His one on complex analysis is great, and this one is no exception. Lots of examples to help you learn the material. However the printing of graphs on my copy was a little messed up, but I would assume that was just a margin of error in production.

I don't know how this book compares to similar Advanced Engineering Math book on the market, but overall it seems to be pretty comprehensive. I am using it for my graduate school math class and it works as well as most math books I have owned. It gives all the of definitions, theorems, and a handful of example problems. I am not sure how much of this book I will use for my class, but I will definitely keep this book as I have with all my other college math books. They really come in handy since I am studying very technical concepts in my major which requires me to reference a lot of math material from my past courses, and to be honest, this book seems to have a lot of info from all of my undergrad math books put together (though not necessarily all of it).

This book arrived in good condition (alittle late). It contains alot of useful information and is easy to follow.

It is not a easy book to understand, but I new it before I bought this book. I received the book on time and it was in perfect conditions. Thank you.

The main concern i got on the book is that during my studies in my graduate school i had to use Greenberge book because it is more comprehensive than Zill's book especially in the complex variables and linear analysis parts. Otherwise, i had fun studying that book

Arrived as expected and in great condition.Book is a bit tough to read, but what engineering book isnt?

Student solutions manual does not provide solutions for all problems only "select problems". Sales pitch did not state this. Have not been able to relocate it, but there is another solutions manual that covers all problems in the text.
