I bought the 2id controller but i am not able to connect to a hue bridge after resetting the controller. hue app says 'no new devices found. any ideas

Please make sure that the controller has been reset correctly. 1. Delete lights on app. 2. Repeat power on and power off five times. In order to reset more successfully, you can choose to repeat power on and power off six times. If the reset is successful, the strip light will flash. 3. Search for the light (When the app displays 'Searching for devices', power on the Controller) If the problem is still not resolved successfully, please try changing the gateway channel, 1. In the APP settings interface, click 'Hue Bridges' 2. Then click the round icon on the right. 3. Below the pop-up interface, you will see the 'Change channel', try changing other channels and see if the problem is resolved.

How long led strip will this unit support i.e. 10 feet, 20 feet, etc. can this unit can support 2 led strips if connected properly???

One controller is recommended to connect 5 meters(16.4 feet) light strip. the longest can not exceed 10 meters(32.8 feet). As long as the length is less than 10 meters(32.8 feet) and the connection is correct, two light strips can be supported

Does the Pro come in a 2ID version?
