This is the stuff my treadmill says works best and so far it works fine. The flexible tube gets under the belt and I squeeze it under both halves of the belt.

Easy to Apply and Non Toxic
I’ve used IMPRESA’s 100% silicone treadmill lubricant on my Sole F85, and it performs exactly as advertised. The included applicator tip makes it easy to reach under the belt and apply the lubricant precisely where it’s needed. The bottle arrived sealed and intact, with no leaks or packaging issues. It smoothed belt glide and reduced motor strain after application. It is also odorless and non-toxic, universally compatibility with most treadmill brands, and seems to last a long time. I even use it on my cable machine to lubricate the weight stacks and the pulleys.

What a mess!
This thing makes an absolute mess. I would suggest getting a lube with a hard applicator tube so you can control the application more. This soft tube flops all over throwing lube everywhere and also easily falls off making even more of a mess. Also on mine, the top cracked on the edge, so it oozes out there too. Such a gross mess! Didn't end up finishing the bottle and got one with a better applicator tube.
