where are these made?

I was not impress with these batteries I use them 2-3 times in a radio and that they did not hold the charge that long! Was disappointed with them!!

How do these perform at cold temperatures?

I've used these in Temps down to about 20 degrees F. Seem to work well in my Maglite.

Since i received these yesterday i’ve had them charging for 18 hours and they’re still not showing a full charge. is that normal? how long to charge?
