Awesome size for the price, complications on delivery but was notified right away not left wondering. To me shows this company cares about its customers. I still had food left from previous order so birds still got this delivery on time. Almost missed the package as it was delivered as Canada post has a policy to not leave a package on the steps, i have cameras all around, i was in the washroom at the time, i understand the theft issues and being cautious, i dont have a car and where it was going to be brought for pickup would of made it difficult walking back with the package. I will get a container to drop off future packages. Over all, i will order from you again, everything worked out in the end.

No doubt, product is very good but I am not happy to received open box / bag item. I don't know, how can I use it? For proof I added open box Picture. Is any way I can return it and get the right one.
