WOW. So glad I tried this product. I do remove the plastic from the tab first. This little tablet makes SUDS!!! I have a dishwasher that has an open face similar to some washing machines .... this thing makes more soap than my "name brand" pods. ONE THING: I do notice that since these little packets seriously pack a punch, I try to make sure I have a large enough load of dishes to run a 69 minute cycle rather than a 29 minute cycle ... the suds are so intense that the 29 minute cycle sometimes leave a little residue but the 60 minute cycle never does.

My favorite nontox (good ingredients) dishwasher pods! No odd scent, great amount for the price, easy to use as the big brands tablets. Doesn't leave a residue.

Looking for plastic free dishwasher pods, even the plant based ones might be toxic I’ve heard (causing liver damage I think it was) and something more affordable than Blueland. I will say the dishwasher in our apartment is poor quality but despite that this is the only ones to behave so poorly. It leaves granules of soap and doesn’t fully break down. I have to check white dishes with my hands to be sure there’s not any clinging to the dishes a habit I already had because our cat’s dishes are white and I don’t trust any soap granules that might remain to be safe if accidentally consumed by them.. This was how I started to realize there was a kind of soapy residue left in some of the dishes. I have had other pods leave a little bit of soap granules before but it would usually be on just a few dishes maybe half a dozen max but this stuff leaves it on nearly everything. If I have any left after I buy a replacement I intend to toss them (and I hate throwing stuff like that away, it’s the equivalent of throwing away money). 0/10 DON’T recommend!

Been using these pods for about a month now. They are OK. Sometimes the dishes in my dishwasher have come out with some residue. I use two pods for a full load now. That seems to ensure my dishes are all clean. I like there is no scent and while one must take it out of the plastic wrapper, they are easy to use.

These do a great job cleaning my dishes. We have hard water & a water softener but other detergents etched our glasses. This has stopped the etching as far as I can tell. The fragrance does not linger on plastic or silicone. Some reviews mention these are not eco-friendly because they're wrapped in plastic. It is not plastic, but a dissolvable film that looks like plastic. Also, other reviews mention the film doesn't always dissolve. There are two remedies for this: (1) run hot water at your kitchen sink before running the dishwasher, or (2) bump up the hot water heater a few degrees bc it's not hot enough to dissolve it. I hope this helps bc these are great little tablets.

These dishwasher pods do a good job, except with stainless steel pizza pans, their left greasy. Always have to rewash them by hand. Also, I cannot fit one into the extra soap compartment. Unfortunately, will need to try another brand.

I really enjoy these dishwasher tablets. It comes in a cardboard box and no plastic used at all. I’ve been using this product for about 6 months now and cannot tell the difference between these and any other washing detergent. I really hate buying into big corporations and adding to a plastic mess, this is hands down a great product.

I thought that I read reviews before I bought this.But I must not have, because i'm having the same experience that a lot of other people had. The first few times I thought it washed well.And then I noticed one wash some of that film was left in the washer, and then the next time almost the whole tablet was just sitting open in the dispenser. The following one, there were grainy streaks of the partially dissolved tablets on the items at the front of the washer. Photo shows about a half of the tablet just sitting half dissolved in the dishwasher after a 2 hour wash cycle. Will finish this package but I don't think we will buy again.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I hate using chemicals, especially on dishes which may then get on food, when then end up in our bodies...this stuff works great! No strong chemical smell, cleans beautifully and I don't have to worry about my dog's dishes being run through with this cleaner (poor guy, is allergic to pretty much everything, especially chemicals). I definitely recommend!

I can’t believe how clean my dishes come out since I started using this stuff. My stainless steel bowls shine like they’re new, and the cutlery comes clean again! Would definitely recommend!

Will purchase again

I used this product in the past when I found it at Bed Bath and Beyond as they were closing out their Canadian Stores. I was so sad when I could no longer find it in any retail stores here in Canada. How excited was I when I was able to find it on Amazon with different packaging. I ordered just the one box to see if it is actually the same great product that I knew it to be in the past and was definitely not disappointed. I however have made the decision that at a price point of $1.25 a tablet, (Canadian dollar pricing) I will continue my search for an environmentally friendly product that is way more affordable.

Tablets do not dissolve fully and stick to vessels. Happened multiple times now.
