Great quality
Id like to send a review in because of how much I enjoy these on my jeep. I had got the clear lens versions and instantly returned them because these looked better. The lights are bright and come installed with resistors to eliminate the hyper flash. no fog in the lens after driving in heavy rain. 5 stars for sure. highly recommended. I decided to go with the blacked out theme on my jeep. This includes tinted windows dark rims, black paint obviously dark headlights taillights, turn signals, you know just about everything black. These were a great addition to the overall look of the jeep. Ive washed it a couple times since the install and they donโt seem to be scratching like other cheap lenses do. One thing I do have to say about these, is that because of the darked lens, it does change the color of the light a little. They are a little darker colored, but it does not affect the actual brightness of the the led lights. I have not taken the jeep off roading or in the mud yet, so im not quite sure how these will hold up. I mean if these get slammed into a tree full force, I donโt think these are tree resistant, but I mean, for everyday use, driving on the roads, impressing your friends. Sure, throw em on your pavement princess and let them rip. I also installed the tinted turn signles. These are much of these same quality. No issues installing them or the quality of the light/lens. I would recommend these to anyone as well. Just pop out the old ones, pop these ones in and enjoy the new look of your jeep. Both the tail lights and turn signals took 10 minutes to install, and that was me taking my time.

Solid Buy
After a lot of research from high end to low end, I settled on these tail lights. I had NO issues with these lights. Absolute plug-and-play. I own a 2011 JKU and they fit perfect. I am pretty mechanically able but these lights do not require any skills. Simply unscrew the 2 screws from each stock light housing, remove the light, unplug 1 wire harness, plug in new light housing attach with the 2 screws that you removed and your done. The smoke look is sharp and the lights are twice as bright as the OEM set. I read many reviews and it was hard making my mind up while considering all that I had read but please believe me when I say this is a GOOD buy. Packaging was great, delivered fast work great and look nice. Solid buy.

Sleek look for a great price!
The Smoked LED tail lights arrived promptly, thanks to prime shipping! They were well packaged and arrived undamaged. We ordered these to replace the factory tail lights on our JK. The install time was literally no more than five minutes. The new tail lights did come with some clips but we didnโt use them. We chose to use zip ties to secure the loose wires instead, which ended up working great! These tail lights are plug and play! Once we got them installed they looked great! Plenty of visibility PLUS they are LED so they should last forever! Weโve only had them for a couple weeks, we may do a follow up in a year with additional comments on durability! Overall definitely worth the money and gets 5 stars in my book!

WORKS GREAT!!! LOOKS COOL
UPDATE: figured out what was wrong and decided to keep it. Not the product's fault. There was a defective fuse in my panel. Definenitely Plug and play. Yes it's easy to install I was suspicious immediately after opening the package and did not see a resistor in parallel with the turn signal circuit. I was hoping that the resistor was somehow built into the PCB/lamp which it is. It's strange because this product got such high reviews and none indicated there was an issue with the turn signals. They do look well made and it was super simple to put in but if they don't work, why keep them.

Almost great. Look great but have hyper flashing.
These are plug and play only if you want the outline LEDs to be your brake light and the block of 12 LEDs to be the running light. Personally I want more brake light. Not sure about the green and purple wires, mine did not have those. Had to switch the yellow and red wires and now the large lights are the brake light and the outline is now the running lights, Luckily my neighbor had the terminal removing tool so it was an easy switch with no splicing and soldering. However, now they hyperflash and I will have to order the load resistors to get back to normal blinking, haven't checked the OBD to see if it is throwing a code. They do go on easy and look nice. The lights are bright and should help grab attention when used. I'll update if there is any change or if there is any moisture that get into the lens. At the moment I consider them worth it even with having to get the 4 dollars of load resistors to correct the problem. Update: Installed the load resistors (cost about $2/ea) and the hyperflash is now corrected. The company sent me an email that they were disappointed in my negative review. I don't consider 4/5 stars negative and I also don't believe the company is paying attention to all of the comments regarding the wiring issue. I just purchased the fog lights for my Jeep from the same company.

Love the way they look. Illegal equipment in many states.
I purchased the smoked version and they look great on my JK. I like they way it continues the black accents of my jeep. Simple to install. Plug and play. Like others have said, the brush guard fit just like the factory light. The brightness appears at least the same as the OEM tail lights. My wife followed me today and said they were plenty visible. The light pattern is not correct on the box. As other have indicated, the center square is normal tail lights, the outer ring is turn/brake. I would have preferred the box be correct, but there's not much I can do about it. I'm torn. They are not marked with "DOT" anywhere. At least in Vermont, that makes them illegal to use, as well as many other states If an inspection station follows their correct checklist, I will not pass. I like they way they look enough that I may take my chances. I haven't decided yet. Plan to ask a good friend in LE about it. I may return them if he says emphatically no.

First off let me say that the seller was great and communication was prompt
First off let me say that the seller was great and communication was prompt. This review is strictly about the item itself. Lets start by saying these look great on my black jeep. I have purchased other Sunpie products and couldn't be happier. These lights would fogged up every day even though the vehicle was stored in the garage. I first thought it was due to the guards that i have installed, so i ditched the guards and although the problem was better, they still fogged up. Another issue was that after installing them i did have a problem with the signals going into hyperflash. I have the front led lights installed and did not have an issue until installing the rear lights. i went ahead and removed the lights and installed the resistor that was supplied using the directions given. The issue was resolved until a week or so later. I would intermittently have an issue with the hyperflash, and eventually became worse. It started with the right side and soon became both sides. It would be at least a few days until i could investigate further. Coincidentally the next day i it ended up blowing the right side marker light fuse. I decided i better look into it. I removed the right side tail light and first noticed that the resistor was very hot. I decided at that point due to time issues i would just put the stock lights back in until i could look into. I replaced the right side and moved to the left. Once i pulled the left one out, it was immediately noted this would not be a quick fix. the entire tail light plug was melted into a black ball and I would not be able to salvage it. The resistor wire was melted and exposing bare wires in parts, but did not appear to come in contact with any body parts. I ended up having to go to a wrecking yard and splicing in a new taillight pig tail. Keep in mind i was very diligent when i installed these as they are basically a plug and play unit . I made sure there was no chance a wire could come in contact with the body. I even ditched the cheap splicing connectors when installing the resistors. Again, There was no problem with the seller. I will likely Not replace the units as I am a little nervous about my wife's ability extinguishing electrical fires on the side of a highway. UPDATE: Manufacturer has agreed to replace the units free of charge as long as I update my review. I will try installing them, but if I experience the signals going into hyperflash, I will say I will not be installing the supplied resistor and go down the same path as before. I absolutely refuse to burn my rig to the ground over a pair of eighty dollar taillights for the sake of looking great. UPDATE: Manufacturer never sent replacements due to I would not agree to changing my rating to five stars prior to receiving them.

Nice look... but not very bright.
These lights look sharp installed and they installed in a matter of five minutes, but the first time I saw the turn signal while the brakes were applied it had me disappointed. The issue is that the lights themselves are not very bright and the turn signal is only the ledโs on the outer perimeter of the light, so when the break is applied itโs rather easy to miss the few lights that are blinking. Looking at the other reviews it appears that some have been received with the outer perimeter lights wired for the regular tail lights, which to me would make more sense to allow for a more obvious turn signal.

Love them. This pair looks very nice on my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Use the original connection. Just snap the connectors and done. They fit perfectly without gaps. All advertised functions works well. No hyper flashing. They are bright and easy noticeable by other drivers. I used my old Mopar taillight guards without problem.Just use the original screws as the 2 that comes with these units are short. I just hope they will last for a while as I love the look.

Very clean look once installed on Jeep Wrangler 2008 and took no time at all (aprox 5min a side). LED tail lights were plug and play with no fit issues. Once installed tested and all LEDs worked which were very bright and stood out. Great product

Moisture in tailights on first jeep wash !
Installed these the other day, looked great and worked great, besides very minimal brightness between running lights to brakes or turn signal brightness. Just washed my jeep, and after i noticed fog in the tailights, even after i siliconed up the back of them, apparently quality isnt a priority in this companys craftsmanship. They should be sealed or something to prevent this from happening, and its not even cold tempetures yet, has to see the moisture freeze and destroy these tailights, apparently you dont get much quality for a hundred bucks. Very dissapointed.

Very simple to install.
These tail lights will most likely be the easiest upgrade that I have installed on my jeep. It took less than 10 minutes and they look great and work well. Update: Dec 30 2020 After just over two years these light are failing, they are burning out and now I had to put the original tail lights back on my jeep until I find a better set. I love the smoke lens look but they dont last. I fist noticed that the passenger side had condensation in it after about 6 months of use, then the bulbs started to burn out..
