one of the hinges if the adult seat is broken after a couple months. Where can I purchase the hinge???

There is a year warranty on the seat, maybe take it back to the place pf purchase

Has anyone else had the seat pop off the fastener? this seems to happen very easily causing it come crashing down...not such a soft close

I think you may have a defective one. We have installed 5 of them over 2 years (with many guests) and have never had this happen. I'd return it for a replacement and see if that helps!

Is this compatible with a bidet?

We do not recommend molded wood seats with Bidet attachments. The attachment raise the seat adding pressure to the hinges and seat itself. It can cause the seat or hing to break.
