How does this compare to the bulletproof mct which claims to have 18x potency than coconut oil?

Look at the breakdown/ratio of fatty acids. Brain Octane Oil is strictly caprylic acid, which is a 8-carbon-chain triglyceride (C8). Most other MCT oils are a mix of C8 & C10 (capric acid), with some also adding C12 (lauric acid). Apparently since caprylic acid is only an 8-carbon-chain it absorbs quicker...
