1粒がでっかいラムネのようで、飲み込むことは出来ないし、舐めて溶かすと不味いしで、飲みやすい形状が多い日本製に慣れている日本人には合わないと思いました。1日に6粒ですが、1粒を半分に割って飲んでいましたが、手間ですし飲む数が多くてだんだん飲むのが億劫になります。リピは無いので効果の程はいまいち分かりません。

Type I is primarily used to promote skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, and support hair and nail health.Normally these Collagen are abundantly present in the human body, but I read that taking supplements makes nails grow (12%) faster. Currently. I’m treading nail fungus and want increase nail growth.
