I’ve been using the THERABAND resistance bands set for a few months, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my daily workout routine. The bands are easy to use and offer just the right amount of resistance for stretching, strength training, and rehab exercises. I use them at home and when traveling, and they perform consistently every time. The quality feels solid and durable, and they’ve held up really well with regular use. These work great. You won't be disappointed.
These are great therabands. I had a neck situation come up from arthritis and the functional medicine doctor I saw had me purchase these to increase the strength of my neck and shoulders. In doing this and using the bands for specific exercises, I have virtually eliminated a "dowagers hump" I had developed and now have much less neck and shoulder pain. What I really like about these bands is the fact they roll up and don't take up much room so I can take them with me when we are camping in our travel trailer so I can keep up with the resistance training exercises. Each color band is significantly stronger than the other so you can go from band to band and get a different workout. They have good gripping-ness so you can get purchase on them and do your routine. They wipe off easily with a damp cloth should you need to.

Good but thicker and shorter than I’d like
These are pretty thick though colors seem to align with the strength levels of the same colored bands I got from PT. I wish they were a little longer. I need to put a knot in the middle of them so I can anchor them on the doorknob of a closed door and they’re not quite long enough for my exercises.

This band was needed for pre and post op activity for a 78 year old.
I am an active 78 yr old that is pre- hip replacement and happens to also be a short 4’11” and needed a way in which to more comfortably move my right leg up on the bed when I want to lay down for awhile. I found that the green band serves that purpose very well. I am not using the two left aren’t quite as sturdy, but will come in handy post-op, I’m sure.
