Does this cream have a strong odor? Perfume-y or otherwise?

I am sensitive to a lot of perfumes and usually can't use any face products that have a scent. I don't actually love the scent of this cream (it's a bit medicinal, but is not strong), but it does not cause any kind of reaction for me. My normal scented face product reactions are burning eyes and headache--none of that with this. If you are really sensitive, maybe go to a store where you can smell it/see if you get a reaction before buying it online because you WILL notice a scent.

Does this work on crepey skin on your neck?

It is a good cream - one of the best I have used. I don't know if anything really works on the neck to be honest. I do like it though...

No, but it does have Vitamin E.
