Citizen Men's Classic Quartz Watch

Very nice watch! Very classy. Smaller watch face which is good for thin hands.

This watch looks very good with the simple design and polished silver looking denominations (they look white in the photo but they are metallic). The watch is slightly smaller in diameter and thickness than most similar watches, which I like--it reduces weight without having to be made of titanium, and it doesn't interfere with the wrist. The strap is fine for me but it might be too short for people with large wrists. The luminous parts work reasonably well although they do not stay glowing for that long. I was surprised that the day of the week and date window was smaller than I thought it would be, it's actually hard to read. That would be my main complaint. It would be better to have a slightly larger date only window and forget about the day of the week. But overall it is a stylish, elegant, uncluttered, easy to read design. Update: After wearing the watch a couple days, the initial hole I used in the band was too loose and the watch would end up on the side of my wrist a lot of the time, and the next tighter hole seems a little too tight, so maybe I can put another hole in between.

First & foremost, I love this watch. The shiny steel contrasts sharply with the navy blue face, which looks very high class. For such a low price I'm fairly happy with the overall quality, though the band does feel a little cheap to me. The links squeak a little and they pull on my wrist hairs often....but this watch is pretty sick Easy to read & just fun to look at! Be warned though, this type of band is the worst type. Adjusting the size to custom fit your wrist is more difficult than other types of watches. The links are 'folded', meaning they are interlocked and pinned together with somewhat hidden pins. I like tinkering with stuff, but this type of watch was a real pain to adjust. I had to remove & reattach links & half-links several times before getting the size about perfect. The watch parts may have been machined poorly because one of the pins causes two links to stiffen up and not flex/move. The pin has to be in there to hold the links together, but when it's in fully the links don't work anymore....part of my watch strap is hardened and doesn't wrap around my wrist the way it's supposed to. During the adjustment process, you could easily damage/ruin your watch. LOTS of force and precision is needed to adjust this, don't slip.

Amazing and stylish watch! I’ve purchased this watch and have worn it for about a week and have absolutely loved it! The size seemed big in the details, but I find that it’s a perfect size for myself. One thing I didn’t know initially about buying this citizen is the type of links it had. The links this watch has are fold over links, which are generally in lower-end watches. I was concerned about changing the links out myself, but I found that the links were very easy to take out and adjust. The glow in the dark light is very dim, which is absolutely fine. You really can’t beat the quality for the price, so if you’re looking for a simple yet stylish look, this is a fantastic buy!

I bought this Citizen Men's Classic watch for my dad. I grew up seeing a lot people wearing this king of watch back in 1990s and 2000s. at the time, older people would talk about the watch being from Japan and it would last ages etc. I bought this because of the quality and honestly my budget was about $100 - $150. My dad like the color choice and it is comfortable on his hand beside the time retention. It is also scratch resistance and great value. the watch quality and the color is also great. One thing I wish the manufacture include was a tool to adjust the watch band. I was a bit big and it was really hard to adjust it, so my dad still wear the watch without adjusting the band.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He never wears a watch or any jewelry and is very picky with his choices. He loves this gift, looks classy. Had to get it fit at my local watch shop to fit his skinny wrist :P, overall great!
