I have hashis. So I’m wary of ashwaghanda but I needed some adrenal support. I trust this brand and rhodiola works really well for me. I’m about 2’weeks I notice a bit more energy and the ability to be more calm under stress. ( planning a wedding). I’ve tried rhodiola in the past with an inferior brand and didn’t have these results. I’d say I feel a 30-40% improvement in conjunction with trying to move more, sleep more and eat better.

I'm so happy I ordered this
I started taking this for my perimenopause and I'm glad I did. So far it has helped me with my anxiety, mood and emotional eating. I just recently noticed that I don't have food noise anymore and even when I'm hungry I don't even eat much. Even my brain fog is better. My husband has even noticed improvement with my mood. I will keep ordering. Just remember that this supplement is not for everyone and you have to give it at least 30 days before you might even notice if it is working for you but I highly recommend. I have only been taking one at bedtime.
