Has anyone used the gel from these capsules to massage onto a scar?

Using Vitamin E gels like this on a lip laceration scar is especially helpful. Also it has worked with minor scars from scratches on arms.

i guess you could. i have used vitamin e on my skin in the past but used a stronger version. can't say that it did any good.

how large are the soft gels?

Probably about 1" long by less than .25" thick. They're pretty big, but still rather easy to swallow.

A brand I completely trust: Starting my regimen and will update with results

I am just starting to take this Vitamin E to help with a cyst issue and to get the other health benefits of daily intake. Although this is my first time trying this specific Vitamin E, I have used other supplements from this brand (Nature Made) in the past and have never had any complaints, so I fully trust their quality. Fantastic Hot-Flash Fighter!

HOLY BUCKETS! Who knew Vitamin E is a powerhouse at effectively combating old-lady (a.k.a. menopausal / hormonal) hot flashes! I never knew until I ran out and the hot flashes were literally back-to-back. I was an angry, sweaty mess. So I bought more Vitamin E and once it was back in my system (roughly 1 week) the hot flashes (I call them "power surges") vanished. My husband wasn't walking on eggshells and I was once again a happy, sweat-free girl. 😉This time when the "power surges" started up, I realized my mistake... it was time to buy Vitamin E in bulk and NEVER let it run out again. Who needs hormone replacement when I can just take vitamins instead? Thank you Nature Made!

The only brand that I buy

I'm very happy with my purchase . I was running low on this brand of vitamin E so I had to order before I ran out. These are gel caps and they're small so they're very easy to swallow . They're odorless and tasteless and leaves no after taste . Was glad that I found 180 gel caps at such a great price . I love that the expiration date is years ahead .
