Does this kit work with nubuck?

Yes, it works with both suede and nubuck.

Is there an effective way to clean the eraser itself when it gets all dirty?

Not really but you can maybe just slice the dirty bit off so maybe use just the corner and or top of the eraser

does the package have any UPC stickers on it?

They will only contain a sticker if they are being shipped from Amazon's FBA warehouse. It will have something called an FNSKU sticker.
