This is a lotion that everyone should keep on hand. I did a lot of research and was looking for a good quality cream with magnesium in it that I could apply directly to areas with aches and pains. This is it. It works and takes the pain away. It smells nice - like citrus, not menthol like other products! Note: This is a temporary fix for aches and pains. It doesn't cure anything, it just makes it feel better for a bit of time. Helps you get through the day with less aches and helps you sleep at night. It's a good one.

I use Mg cream/lotion every day to relieve muscle and nerve pain. I also keep it by my bed in case a nighttime leg cramp starts; this stops the cramping in seconds. I've tried several brands of Mg cream and this is my favorite. It's non-greasy and not very sticky, absorbs fast and doesn't leave a white residue on the skin, and has a mild pleasant lemony scent. It also has a higher Mg concentration per fluid oz than other creams that I have tried. However, I had stopped using this cream by OM because it used to come in a plastic pump-canister that too often did not work well. A couple of times, the product arrive with the pump not working at all. Other times, it stopped pumping after days or weeks of use. When this happened, it was difficult to break into the container to get at the product. Fortunately, this cream now comes in a plastic squeeze tube. It's a great improvement and I'm buying this again!

I just had knee replacement surgery and got some good advice from my massage therapist about magnesium for healing. I researched the product and gave it a try, WOW! It is great stuff, it helped with the stiffness, aching, and pain. My scar even is healing wonderfully. Now my husband swears by it for his arthritis in his big toes. I started using the Vitamin C face cream too and it has made a noticeable difference in my skins appearance. The dispenser or pump is awful though!! You can only get about half the product out, then I had to pull the top off and scoop out the rest in to a jar. Have had to do this to both containers I have purchased.

I'm not sure if I'm reeking the benefits of magnesium but its worth it. The ingredients are clean. It feels soft and moisterizes. There is a light smell to it that goes away. Smells like a spice or something natural like a rock? like, mineral-y. This beats all the mainstream brands with all their toxins!

This is a nice lotion, I like the lemon smell. I've been having issues sleeping through the night. Per the directions, 4 pumps is 250 mg of magnesium. I use this before bed and I've slept well from the first night of use. The real problem is the dispenser. Trying to get lotion out is a real struggle. Most pumps I get nothing and a few dispense a tiny amount. The only way I've found to make it easier is to put the dispenser in a tub of hot water for a few minutes anytime I want to use it to get the lotion to thin out. Super annoying. This would be a 5 star item if the dispenser worked properly. Probably won't order this again unless they fix this problem.

I have ordered this product 2 or 3 times before, but now the product has been updated. I was happy before with this product but the improvements in the pump bottle and the extra smooth and creamy texture have really upped its WOW factor. The lemon fragrance is nice and makes this lotion less medicine-y smelling. Definitely a well made, well thought out product. If you need a magnesium supplement this is the product to get!

I have struggled with restless leg for a few years. I take magnesium tablets as well as L Theanine. I have tried adding magnesium oil but it dried out my skin and didn't help that much. This stuff is the bomb! It has helped so much and smells lovely. My skin stays soft and not only does it help my restless leg, I feel like it helps me sleep more soundly. If I wake in the middle of the night with restless leg, I take some more L Theanine and rub some more of this on my calves and I fall back to sleep. I will never be without this body butter! I am revising my review. I reordered the cream and now it is in a pump that is very hard to work. Please bring back the tub!

I have been using a magnesium oil product and it is very helpful for sleep and foot/leg relaxation. But, it left a residue and felt terrible on my skin. I was so excited for this product, but I can't get it out of the bottle! My hand is exhausted from trying to pump to dispense the lotion. The tiny bits that came out smelled great and seemed to be very nourishing on my dry skin. I understand the need for the air-tight packaging, but this pump is very frustrating. I'll watch for reviews that say that the dispensing issues have been resolved before I purchase again.
