And when it comes out you feel lighter and happier as well as usually notice the difference within days depending on how you use it. Also use caution about how and when you take this. First make certain you take it with food because otherwise it will give you a horrible tummy ache. Dr. Schultz’s Intestinal Formula #2 definitely works as advertised. It was really effective and helped support digestion and cleansing in a noticeable way. I could tell it was doing its job, and I appreciate the natural ingredients and overall results. That said, the powder is a bit difficult to ingest because it has a lot of chunky pieces and a gritty texture. Mixing it isn’t always smooth, and it can be unpleasant to drink. Overall, it’s a great product and very effective. I just wish it were a little easier to take.

As many other reviews on various sites have complained, yes it is much better to locate the typical product made in capsules and I know Amazon is slick where they make it look like this is the only one way you can buy it. Perhaps if you live in Cali, it is the best way as I have visited the store before. Anyways here is my unadulterated review. I purchased this product for my husband who has had many complex health needs which resulted in chronic mild constipation. He had not done a flush in over 4 years. When he took this, it took about 10 hours to work on him. Me? I am pretty healthy however I picked up a random bug so even though I was not planning on using this because of the seeds and I am very sensitive, I gave it a go. I followed the instructions so for about 3 hours I only had this in celery apple juice I had prepared. Well in an hour much of what was the problem was out. Did I feel great? Nope. It took another day of dealing with the bug and I finally decided to use much less the next day. This time, I made a change. I began my day with a healing herb tea and then had just a small shotful of the powder in water followed by a banana about 10 minutes later. No pains at all. I would say anyone who has a sensitivity to the ingredients, check them out. I should know better because I have controlled IBS-D which only flares up around 5 main food groups or additives like fried or spicy food. This product you may not taste the hot pepper but it is there and therefore may not be so friendly to your gut! That is my hunch and I have researched anything out there. At the end of the day, your body does need help removing bugs and backed up things. If you dont find relief, stick to plain senokot which is cheap. I love this brand as he is like a real OG and the ingredients are pure. Whoever complains about the price never knew how much it costs to run a real class A Grade herbal company.

I am a big fan or Dr. Schulze's products but I have to come out and explain why I give this product a 1 star Aside from the horrible taste and the unreasonable frequently for taking it (5 times a day in powder, and 50 pills a day in the pill form) this product has given me the worst constipation I've ever experienced. I have been taking Schulze's#1 for a couple of weeks before taking this #2, but my bowel movement suddenly stopped after the 2nd or 3rd day of taking this #2 formula. Ive stopped taking it 3 or 4 days ago and I still can't go. Formula #1 doesn't work anymore against the damage this #2 caused. I drink plenty of fluids and have had pounds of prunes to allow me to go, still nothing. Now let's talk about effectiveness, guys you'll poop the color of what you eat. The black you see come out is from all the charcoal in this formula. Not cleaning your guts like some say. Summary: no hate on Mr. Schulze's. But it doesn't work FOR ME. in fact, It made things so much worse

I love this product, I’ve been using it for years. It works great. But I noticed the serving size is misleading. The suggested serving size is a rounded teaspoon. When I weigh out the 0.3 ounces, it’s well over a teaspoon closer to 2 teaspoons. I wish Amazon sold this product in the individual packets (available on herbdoc website) but they only have it in the jar. So I weigh it out myself and put it in small ziplock bags. The total weight including the ziplock bag is 0.4 ounces. It’s well worth the trouble, I firmly believe this is the best quality binder product money can buy. Update: the Herbdoc website no longer sells this product in the individual packets
