Hi how much of the cherry blossom should I purchase to cover a backdrop that is 20 feet wide x 10 feet long to drape across the top fully not sparsely

Sorry I can't help there, I used 2 strands per wreath to cover 15"-18" grapevines wreaths. Not sure that info will help you much, sorry.

Does it come in red ?

It's a combination of white and pink

Are these flowers fire resistant or flame retardant?

Not positive but I would guess they are neither
