Buyer beware the product had two different sized pins, which made plugging the product to the electrical socket a challenge. My compliments to the engineer which came with the design. Also, much needs to be appreciated regarding the non existent customer service of the vendor which is totally incapable of replacing the product and making things right and experiencing some level of job satisfaction by doing so.

Stem mop machine gives loud noise and eventually stopped working after 2 months of intermittent use. Did not receive any support form the supplier though it is under warranty. very bad experience. not advise to buy this.

Anyone looking to buy this in India should Know it’s 110v the converter suggest by the seller doens't work with the products so you will have to purchase a step down convortor for 2000w which will cost you another 6000 and there is no after sale service in India for this! I waited for 45days to get out when it finally arrived it wasn’t working even when I had bought the converter ahead of time plugged it in but didn’t work couldn’t put into directly as it would have fried up the products and no replacement option also available as the product is imported from USA so if you want to buy a steam mop for Indian use choose one that supports direct power usage as per Indian standards.

Great steam mop but you will need a step down inverter for the 110V power as from USA. Get a step down inverter that is 2000 watt. Nothing less. Otherwise doesn't work well. Otherwise great. We got this one because of the small attachment that can be used for cars, carpets etc. Great addition.

So this machine is not magical but decent. It heats up fast and refills are easy. This product does a great job on floors, both carpet and flooring. Some of the attachments I haven't used yet. I haven't cleaned a lot with it yet but have experimented. It did take crayon off bathroom tile but getting it off drywall was a no go. So I'll keep experimenting. Overall the price point was good.

I researched the best steamers on the market and this one came in first more often than not. I also bought the 10 extra pads. First of . . I READ THE MANUAL. To those who say the plastic surround scratched your floors, that is because the plastic surround is for use on carpets only. First off l cleaned my hardwood kitchen floors . . Excellent job, even my husband noticed. It was done in half the time and was better than a swifter and has left no streaks. Next day l cleaned my windows (inside and out). Took half the time to get them sparkling and streak free. I also used it on the window ledges and baseboards . . Easy peasy ( I'm embarrassed by how much dirt came up.) the cord is long enough for indoor use. For cleaning the outside windows I had to use an extension cord . . .no biggie. There are a lot of different attachments. Most of which l probably won't use. When using the wand, you have to make sure the copper ball inside is emersed in the water. That is how it heats up. You will figure it out after a while. I highly recommend this product.
