Good as OEM
Used this on a 2024 Tracer 9 GT+ and worked flawlessly. There is no immobilizer in the North American version of the bike (as you can tell by the size of the key) so just get it cut to size and it should work fine.

Exact OEM Replacement, Works Like It Should
This key was exactly as described and it is a genuine OEM Yamaha key. It was perfect for my situation since I bought a used bike that only came with one key, so having a proper spare gives some peace of mind. The quality feels right and it matches the original with no issues at all.

I bought one and love it. Go to a good quality locksmith. The first one I bought, the dude at the local hardware store pretty much made me a miniature stabbing weapon! I didn't DARE stick it in my ignition! This is legit.

Good for a spare key
This key is lighter material than my original Yamaha key (07 v star 1100) but it cut okay and works on the bike. I just wouldn't want it for a daily key. Price seemed high as well. None the less, I am happy to have a spare now.
