I want to tighten up the skin on my double chin and the ( ) lines around my mouth which brings down my lips. No wrinkles, really. Will this help?

I'm nearing the end of my second bottle and can't really say that I've noticed much improvement in firming the area under my chin and jowl area. If you are younger than me (I'm 64), you might have better luck than I did. I don't think you'll get much improvement around your mouth, but it's worth a try! Juvederm is what you need for that, if you don't mind spending $$$.

Can i use it for my face?

I use it call over my face and neck and it works beautifully...my lines around my mouth are nearly gone, I use it twice a day

How many days does it take to see results?

About a week after regular use. Results are temporary, so continuos normal use is required.

No, had no effect on my neck whatsoever!!!
