I like this, I love this, it helps with circulation in my legs and ankles. I'm not sure if its helped my cholesterol go down yet because my doctor hasn't ordered it on my bloodwork. Will update soon. Newest bottle arrived on 12/4/2025 with no top. Thank goodness it didn’t spill.

This is great for keeping your cholesterol numbers down. I take a cap full of this and two Ceylon cinnamon capsules a day. My bloodwork comes back great. Had to get off of statins.

I thought liquid form might be good. Tastes like thick wine without the alcohol burn, which should be no surprise as it comes from grape-skin. I've been taking a capful each day for a week; no obvious changes yet. I think I might switch to pill form. I have heard that resveratrol is probably the most verified effective supplement out there, for reducing inflammation and general metabolic and immunological health.

For now, I really like it. The taste is great. I use a cap-full a day. Now, I can not judge the absorbance and pain-relief yet. Time will tell.

It tastes fabulous!

I took this for a couple of weeks . Within a week, I developed pain all over my body. My Achilles tendons were so painful, I could not walk for one day. I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet. I lost 40 pounds, so I should not suddenly have fasciitis. I did some research and these symptoms can happen in some people. “Patients have reported increases in pain in muscles, tendons, and joints while taking resveratrol supplements, with pain manifesting in the Achilles tendons, hands, and shoulders.”
