How big is this in inches or feet?

Verily over 36 inches. It is for kids, not adults.... I ended up getting a 60" walking stick. Cut top part of the staff and put on top of the walking stick. Perfect size now for adults.

I got this for my 2 year old who is a fan of LOTR. He was trying to carry around my broom handle and calling himself Mr Gandalf. So I thought he would be thrilled with this staff and he was. It's a cheap plastic but I really wasn't looking for it to be made too well. The staff comes in two pieces and it pushes together in the middle. There are two little knobs that stick out and fit into the other side to keep it together. It stays together really well. It's never come apart. Overall for just something to play around with until he looses interest in it, this has been a really good toy.
