REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix (Mixed Berry) 30 Stick Pack

Got these on a whim and I am very pleased with them. Also got the watermelon and lemon lime ones. The flavor is light, but present and no “fake sugar” aftertaste at all for me. I’m highly sensitive to that taste and generally can’t handle any “sugar free” or “zero sugar” drinks because of it - this stuff is good and refreshing. I trust Redmond for the quality of their salt products and this one keeps that going for me. Perfect size to go in your pack or pocket and go in your water bottle when you refill it. Highly recommend.

Great taste and value for the money.

I use this as a variety pack to find out which flavor I like so I can buy the bigger size. These are convenient little pouches that would be nice to have in travel bags or in your everyday purse. This is the best electrolyte powder you can have better than liquid IV or waterboys. I love the fact that it's real salt and it is actually going to hydrate you and doesn't have as much sugar as other hydration brands. And it is a way better value for my money compared to other brands. I would rather pay a little extra to get better quality ingredients

Have tried so many electrolytes and these by far are the BEST. The taste and different flavor options are all so good. Not too salty like some of the other brands. My energy levels after taking these have been so much higher as well as my recovery after workouts so much quicker. I don’t believe the body is hydrated by ingesting plain water that does not have electrolytes. I don’t drink any water without it anymore and I truly feel the difference in my overall health.

These electrolytes are amazing! My kid has POTS, and this product helps keep their salt intake up during the day. It is a good value and helps her maintain her strength in both hot and cold weather. I'd like to see more servings per travel stick pack than just a 30-pack size. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Delicious but for some reason the flavored packets never dissolve fully. The unflavored doesn’t have that problem.
