This has definitely helped my 4 month old son get over his nasal congestion and runny nose. For weeks I did what his pediatrician recommended which was nasal spray, a cold mist humidifier and Nose Frida aspirator. I also took Echinacea in hopes that it would pass through my breastmilk and help his immune system fight the cold. It wasn't until I added this to the daily regimen that he started feeling better.
