have to be honest , I have never taken these consistently for more than a week and never felt any immediate benefit. I've noticed I find they give a bit of an energy boost and also make it quite hard to get to sleep when I do take them. other than that , they came well packaged , quality ingredients as always from iHerb

I don’t really have anything special to say about this product. It’s not the brand’s fault really, I just don’t think the hype is worth the proported results. I do like this specific brand for vitamins though. I got this as a *men’s enhancement* product, but really didn’t notice any difference. No change in my energy level, stamina, or volume. So not really worth the cost for me. It has a slight taste, but not strong and not gross. It doesn’t upset my stomach. The pills are pretty large though and the serving size on supplements like this is ridiculous. You’re supposed to take like 3 huge pills twice a day. That just doesn’t work for me. Easy enough to swallow, but not really worth the effort to me, and the capsule feels kind of slimy. Would t. It again.
