How current is this map?

I am not sure how to answer your question. The best I can say is that I received it about two weeks ago. I t is current and very accurate. My explanation about why I got this map is to be able to accurately understand and follow what is going on in the Ukraine Russia crisis.

No, it doesn't come with a marker. I imagine any stationery store will have a suitable one. I love the map. It's a great size and is laminated. Easy to read.
