First House comes with paper plans and all the components needed to create a real scale-model house! At any stage, components can be taken apart again. When your child is ready to start building again, all they need to do is add a little bit of water to the mortar mix and start all over! All parts are reusable and non toxic. Mortar can be used 3 or 4 times and replacement mortar can be purchased.
