This was a 1st time buy for me after using other maybelline mascaras and it didn't disappoint. It came sealed akd I love the colour and design on the tube. I really liked the wand shape and thickness, it wasnt loaded with too much product, making sure the lashes were coated nicely but not clumped. It gave my lashes lovely length and good separation too and I love black. It didn't budge all day, didnt smudge or flake and was easy to remove with makeup wipe. If you are looking for a lovely lengthening mascara I totally recommend this one. I have used a lot of masacras amd some high end and this is a great buy, especially at this price and for every day wear.

Excellent mascara. Very easy to apply, with no clumping. Lasts all day without crumbling off and it washes off nicely with your regular face wash. It has a very buildable formula so you can layer it to add more thickness and the brush helps to keep the lashes separated. Very dark colour and makes lashes look longer.

Aside from that, the performance is excellent. Overall, this is a reliable, length‑boosting mascara that gives beautiful definition and long‑lasting lift. A great choice if you want standout lashes without clumps or heaviness.

Really happy with this. It’s a gorgeous shade of brown and a decent mascara at a good price. Gentle on lashes and no clumping or flaking. I always have to be careful with mascaras as I have sensitive eyes but no problems with this one at all. I have previously had the burgundy shade so I knew it was good but I no longer have to spend a small fortune on the brand I used to buy! Very pleased.

I have only just started using the Maybelline mascara and it has not reached my expectations. When it arrived it was not sealed which is unusual for a mascara. The actual packaging is really nice in a dusty pink. I was not too sure about the wand as it is very flexible, which I am not use too, but this is part of its selling point. I made sure my lashes were clean and ready to go. I got the black mascara, and understand it is available in 6 colours. The mascara was not the easiest to apply and it clogged my lashes instantly. The wand didn’t separate my lashes evenly, as it claims its formula offers 'enhanced fullness, without weighing lashes down'. I was hoping for a full natural look, but ended up with very separated unnatural spidery look. Removing the mascara was not that easy, as advertised. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this mascara.

The best mascara I have ever used. As I am in my 70s now my eyelashes are very thin and short so gave up on mascara a while ago. I have just found this one and decided to give it a go and what a diffetence. No clogging and actually makes my eyelashes look a lot longer and no smudging. I would definitely recommend particularly if you're a lot older. 5 stars.

Burgundy haze seems a good choice for older women. Was actually just using it and thought, my eyelashes look longer than they used to when i was using more expensive brands like Lancome, reputed to be the best. The colour is subtle, it doesn't scream out like a bright mauve or anything, less harsh than black and less monotonous than brown. It seems to liven up the colour of the eyes....at my age any small enhancement is a bonus! I'd recommend it as a more adventurous coloour choice, plus my eyelashes seem longer and in better condition than with other brands i've used over the years.
