Is exactly as described. I use this for connecting a motor to my Arduino. I used heat shrink to provide strain relief. No issues.

The wires are red, green, yellow, and black. They aren't sleeved in black. The connectors are white. If you care about the looks of your build, you might want to look elsewhere
