You want to be peeing straight water by the time the test comes. You’ll know you’re good when you’re pee is clear. Keep drinking and peeing. An hour before test take vitamin B (I think B12) to make urine yellow. It’s a funky yellow but at least it isn’t clear drawing red flags. Oh I almost forgot, 4 days before test start taking creatine. Advanced tests look for creatinine levels (the byproduct of creatine) if you’re peeing water then your levels will be low, that’s why you start creatine 4 days before.
