Good for the price.
These bulbs work exactly as advertised. The motion sensor is very responsive and turns on right away when needed. Bright enough for outdoor use and the warm light looks nice, not too harsh. Installation was simple and they’ve been reliable so far. I wish they weren't warm color but that was my mistake i didn't read the specifications right.

Good option to replacing a complete light fixture
I waited awhile before writing a review to make sure both will work well. They have and deliver good light and movement is detected quickly. They stay on for 5 minutes and cut off. Very happy with the purchase. Hopefully they will continue to deliver good light and motion detection.

Worked fine, would buy again
Not much to say other than good value, good brightness. Installed in outdoor can lights in the roof of our walkway, height is about 10 feet on one, 12 feet on the other.

Good for about 3 years.
I purchased these on 9/28/2022 and installed them. I set them to be on motion and never turned the light switch off. They worked fine, though they did have a more yellow tint later, until December of 2025 when one burned out . The other one burned out two weeks later.

Be aware that you can turn off the motion detection function, but you can turn it back on.
We had a motion detector light in our backyard for about 30 years, and about two years ago, the detector part stopped working. A friend who knows electronics offered to hardwire the light socket to the power: screw a bulb in, it’s on; unscrew it, and it’s off. Not a good solution. He suggested we check on “smart” lightbulbs. While looking at those, I noticed these motion detector bulbs. If they can do this, we can use our old lamp and be good to go. One big tip: because our light was now hard-wired, as I screwed this new bulb in, it flickered on and off several times. WHICH INADVERTENTLY TURNS OFF THE MOTION DETECTOR FEATURE. I thought the light was no good as it wouldn’t turn off. Reading the instructions, I figured out what happened. Turned off the circuit breaker for over 3 seconds, returned the motion detector capability, and now all is good. This works as promised.

Excellent for back, front, and driveways!
Excellent motion detection and light output. I use for my front and backyards to save on electricity. Awesome for when my dog goes to the backyard in the dark and able to walk around during the night.

Great security lights, very bright.
Work great, very sensitive. Much better than the off brand ones I previously had that would constantly go on for no reason. the only time i seem to get false activations is when I get blowing fine snow, it seems like the reflection of the fine blowing snow will turn them on, but other than that they have worked great.

Reading the reviews, and from personal experience. It looks like a % of the bulbs ship faulty. I ordered 2 bulbs, One of the 2 is always on, it never does turn off. What % of the bulbs are faulty, and what % is acceptable?
