Would recommend, even for older children.
I started homeschooling my high school age daughter this year and one of the areas she been behind in is spelling and comprehension. This book, while we don’t do each assignment, has been helping her. I will likely purchase the subsequent grades as we move forward. As a parent I like the answer sheets are very clear. She has said the instructions are very clear and feels like she’s getting the hang of things.

Great support for kids who hate spelling
My son absolutely hates spelling. He was a delayed reader and spelling didn't start to "click" for a long time. We are now using this to supplement his other ELA work to help him catch up his spelling skills. The lessons are logical and easy to follow.
