This item works great

I purchased this pan just before Christmas, it stopped working in January. The light turns on but the pan will not get hot.

I love the skillet. I work as a security officer in the film industry, and I don’t always wanna eat the abundance of food they feed us. To stay healthy I’ll bring my skillet with me so that I can reheat or cook the healthy options in the cooler in my trunk. Whether I’m working or just on the go, I have no excuse not to be healthy because I have a skillet that heats fast and cooks evenly from the car.

You will have to install the handle on the lid. I plugged my skillet into my Bluetti power supply to try it out. I put some cooking oil in the pan and meat was sizzling in a few minutes. I believe the trick is to cook thin pieces of meat so it cooks faster and done. I don't think it would do a good job on a thick steak but should have no trouble with stir-fry cuts of meat. It will do the job it is designed to do but you can't overload the pan or rush the cooking time. Good for RV, tiny home and off grid small meal cooking. I plan to use RVing, camping and power outages. I would buy again.

Absolutely the best buy in my camping life. Cooking made easy. Poof and you are done. Quick and easy breakfast of lunch of even dinner! Highly recommend this to all adventurous lovers out there!!

My hand is bigger than this tiny crap of a skillet. It looks nothing like advertised. Its a cheap Aluminum piece of crap than will burn & catch on fire. The inside of the skillet is the size of a Donut. How freaken sad. Money Ripoff. Do not order this . I returned it & got refund. All the other 12v items they sell on here are also full of crap. Money Ripoff!

The cooking temperature and efficiency can be improved by fashioning a sack made of thermo-insulating cloth and putting the pan (lid on) inside to cook the food. Without doing this, cooking time is fairly long and I'm not sure it gets hot enough to kill all the bacteria in meat. This is a nice aluminum fry pan suitable for cooking one person's meal at a time - yes, as you drive along the road or using a 12volt battery in your camper, etc.. The power cord is plenty long, and the lid fits nicely. the fry pan is quite useful, even if you don't use the idea of thermo-insulating cloth.

Use lots of cooking spray!!! Hope some starts making one with Teflon soon.

Omg! It's only big enough to fry a small egg in it. It's my own fault, I should have read the dimensions but the picture looks like a normal size pan so I just went a head and ordered it. Can't even get a can of chunky soup in it!! Not a good deal at all.
