NutriGout seems to work. I've had gout bouts for about 15 years since I was in my 30's. I'm pretty careful with my diet, my daily hydration, exercise and don't drink alcohol anymore. About once a year I get a bad bout of gout. This last fall was one of the worst. Attack occurred in my right ankle and a little bit in my left wrist. So bad I was using crutches to get around. I work for myself and farm so sick days are not an option. Gout pain was in my right ankle bad for about 4 weeks, although severe pain with crutches was only about 1.5 to 2 weeks. I used up my indomethacin prescription and was willing to try anything. (Indomethacin messes with my brain, I'd be happy if I never had to take this again.) If you're an experienced gouter, you'll know what it feels like to be desperate and willing to try anything. I ended up ordering and trying out the Nutri-Gout. Starting taking towards the tail end of the gout bout but still plenty of pain in the ankle. Took nutrigout twice per day. Pain seemed to dissipate in about 4 to 5 days. Switched to 1 pill a day once the pain went away. I also take some cherry pills and drink apple cider vinegar with water and/or cherry juice concentrate in the AM and PM. And always watch my diet and no alcohol. Last week, I had a pain in my left big toe and it felt like gout coming on so I upped the pills to two nutrigouts a day. Gout never materialized. I guess bottom line is that if you're desperate, give this a try and see if it works for you. I'm going to stick with it. The recipe guide provided with the pills is a bonus, although I haven't specifically tried the recipes yet, I've taken away some good information. Good luck!

I’ve had to use this twice. Makes a huge difference

I have "stage 3" gout. I keep thinking that I can go back to my old eating ways, and now it seems about every 3 to 4 weeks the uric acid builds up and I get a flare up, which then takes 2 - 3 weeks to fully go away, which leaves about a week of no gout pain before the next flair up. My current flare ups are relatively mild, but I get them in multiple joints at once. Currently fighting off elbow and knee gout which was pretty much gone, only to have my left foot flair up! I happen to find Uric Acid Lowering Formula by GoutandYou - 500 mg 60 Vegetarian Capsules on Wednesday of this week, ordered "Nutri-gout", received it Friday, and took 3 pills throughout the day. Today (Saturday), the left foot gout has subsided drastically (would normally take a 3-5 days to get to this level of pain). Way more than anything else I've been trying to do. It's only the first full day of trying Nutrigout, so the jury is still out for me regarding long term use, but so far it's the best thing I've found regarding quick results. I'm hoping that this becomes my natural way to fight this and I can continue to not get a prescription for gout!

Bought this for a gout flare up that started happening. Took the pills 3x a day for almost a week now and currently sitting in bad foot pain cause this nutri gout thing doesnt seemingly do anything.

After trying it for two weeks I can now confirm it works reasonably well. Gout pain still occurs but won't last long.

I just started the product this is my second day no changes to my gout as of yet. Un fair for me to send a review. I was dissapointed in that I am to take 2 capsules 2× day at that rate a bottle of 60 polls won't last long. I do hope they work.
