I have purchased these multiple times over last few years. Not clear exactly how these work (white kidney bean somehow blocks those carbs/sugars that otherwise turns into weight gain. Like to have these on hand, particularly if I anticipate desserts, pasta, potatoes, etc. When my weight is fluctuating upward, I'll take these daily (usually 2/day) with or without food & being conscience of junk intake. Much easier to keep size stable as possible than to add 5, 10, 15 lbs--gets overwhelming. These do not decrease appetite, nor do I recommend binging & expecting to take these, they do not erase excessive overeating, but are good for an occasional splurge. If diabetic or with other health issues, you probably want to check w/MD, nurse, pharmacist or dietician, also be aware that some brands have different milligrams per capsule & read the manufactures recommendations.

I have been taking this about 6 weeks and have lost 6 pounds without exercise. I guess that means it's working, but it certainly doesn't live up to some of the claims I have read. The good news is that it seems to work as an appetite suppressant. Normally, appetite suppressants do nothing for me, because I don't really need an appetite to eat. I eat stress. I eat for comfort. I eat when I'm bored. I eat when I'm reading or involved in some other sedentary activity. I eat simply because I like the taste of food. In fact, when I eat, I'm usually thinking about my next meal, so I really wasn't expecting much from the appetite suppressant aspect of this product. I must say, however, that it really does help me not to think about food so much. I honestly feel full enough that I don't want to eat. Another advantage of this product is that it doesn't make me nervous or jittery. I used another product that gave me so much anxiety, I almost went to the emergency room, afraid I was having a heart attack. I have not had a single adverse side effect from this product, at all. So in summation, yes, it seems to work without any adverse effects, as long as you don't mind that it's slow and easy and the pounds aren't just going to fall off overnight and without extra effort.

A few years back I started taking these and began to lose 2 or 3 pounds a month, not a week. Goodbye 30 lbs after a year. This is not noticeable weight loss in a month. You have to give it time and you have to understand how to take it. Carb free diets are not necessary or sustainable. It's very affordable and no side effects

False advertisement and they didn't work. This is labeled as 6000mg of kidney bean extract per serving when you're actually getting 300mg per serving..absolutely ridiculous!
