NECA Terminator Scale Ultimate T800 Tech Noir Cyborg Action Figure, 7"

Love this figure - first thing I always look for is the likeness to the actual actor/character. I'm very particular about that because I see no reason to buy a figure if it's just some random face that's "supposed to" look like someone. But I can say that this has an absolutely fantastic realistic Arnold Schwarzenegger face. You look at it and it is most definitely him without a doubt. Not just some guy that's supposed to be him, like some of the "Walking Dead" Rick Grimes McFarlane figures. No bait & switch here. Figure is amazingly detailed, comes with 2 extra heads to swap out Articulation is really well done. I bought mine brand new so the joints are nice and crisp. You set it into a particular pose and it stays that way. Stands up very nicely on his own in many different poses. I have not counted the exact number of articulation points but there are a lot - his legs move at the hip, knee & ankle, his waist moves, the arms move at the wrist, elbow, & shoulder, and his head moves up & down as well as left to right, so you can get that angry scowl. His hands hold the weapons very nicely without any difficulty. Extra info/details: (A) Accessories Info (1) Weapon Accessories: Wood-adorned 12-gauge shotgun, Uzi 9MM, and .45 long-slide with laser sighting (2) There's 2 pairs of forceps/tongs from the motel scene when he was fixing his eye & arm (3) There's an extra hand with the trigger finger ready to fire (as opposed to the left hand that comes on the figure which is in a fist) (4) And there's a forearm for the right arm - with the hole & blood where he fixed up the gears inside; goes with the forceps & eye-less head They even included a real chain on his left shoulder, which the dead punk's clothing did indeed have in the movie. I couldn't believe the detail when I took the figure out. Even the box was great. I never save the packages but I'm certainly putting this one aside on the shelf. I can't say enough good things about this figure. Absolutely recommended for all Terminator fans. I already ordered the T2 Ultimate T-800 next based on the awesome likeness and quality of this T-800. Terminator & Terminator 2 are by far two of my most favorite movies of ALL time. I saw T2 in the movies when I was 7 and it stuck with me ever since then. So all in all, this is a spot-on likeness of Arnold, excellent high quality figure, amazingly detailed, great accessories - definitely get a million times more bang for your buck. I can't believe the price I got it for! Buy with confidence, no fear of buyer's remorse here!

It re-uses many parts from the older releases: Tech Noir T-800 and Battle-Damaged Tech Noir T-800. You basically get the two figures combined into one Ultimate figure, with new articulated legs. It's really great that they're adding articulation, while also including the accessories from both figures all in one. Just as before, the sculpting and paint look great and really resembles Arnold Schwarzenegger. Accessories: - Three swappable heads: long-haired, short-haired, and battle-damaged short-haired - Two pistols and one shotgun - Weapon-holding right and left hands, fisted left hand - Swappable damaged right forearm - Two scissors All these accessories give you many options to display the figure to match various scenes from the movie. The weapons fit well in his hands, and the swappable parts are quite easy to change. Articulation: Ball-jointed necks, wrists, and ankles; Ball-hinged shoulders, elbows, and knees; Swivel waist and thighs; Hips hinge forward, backward, and outward. Not much range in the elbow hinges and even the ankles, but it should be enough for most poses. One reason I didn't get the first releases of these figures was the lack of leg articulation, so I'm glad they decided to update them with added articulation and more accessories in one figure. If you didn't get the older versions, or if you want to upgrade, then I would recommend these new Ultimate figures. Looks great next to all the other NECA Terminator figures in my collection.

Sometimes I forget I'm actually looking at a collector's figure and that it's not actually Arnold. I'm a huge NECA fan, as many people are, so naturally, when I saw this, it was a day one purchase. NECA nailed this one. NECA is hit or miss with me sometimes, but they did an absolutely wonderful job with this figure. Every minute detail just screams quality and attention to detail from the original character. There's literally nothing to complain about, other than the fact that I only bought ONE. I need to buy a second figure now to collect and never open, so that I can have this one opened and on display. I was concerned about buying this online, as I was afraid the corners of the box would get dinged, or the plastic protecting the figure would get dented - that didn't happen! It was actually in better condition than if I had purchased it locally. Good job, Amazon! Keep up the great job, NECA. You just reminded me that you're the best at what you do, and that I shouldn't ever lose faith in you guys. Next up, after buying a second one of these, is the Vasquez figure which also looks incredible!

The gun shop scene is one of the most iconic parts of the original Terminator, it's really ominous and dark but also hilarious because of Arnold's accent and his giant wish list. NECA did an outstanding job capturing the look and sculpt of Arnold and his weird outfit from this scene, and the end result is a really great looking figure. You get a ton of accessories as well, including his longer hair from the gun shop scene, 2 of the 4 weapons he requests (the Uzi and .45 long slide), 2 scalpel/scissor tools from his "repairs" in the hotel, and 3 interchangeable heads. One of the heads has the aforementioned long hair, another has his shorter hair and an irritated scowl, and the last has his bloodied and closed eye after the Tech Noir shootout/chase. You also get the shotgun from the Tech Noir car chase, and his interchangeable battle damaged arm as an added bonus, which makes this figure feel like an exceptional value. The packaging for this figure is likewise awesome, and looks ripped straight out of the 80s. I would highly recommend this figure for fans of the series, or anyone who can enjoy some retro nostalgia on their desk
